Responsibilities & Context:

Job Location:Dhaka,Shonir Akhra,(Beside Bornomala School)

  • 1. Visa Application Assistance: Guide clients through the visa application process, ensuring all forms and documents are correctly completed. Provide information on visa types, requirements, and associated fees for different countries. Assist with online applications, appointment scheduling, and submission processes.

  • 2. Documentation Verification: Review and verify clients` documents (e.g., passports, photographs, financial statements, invitation letters) to ensure they meet the specific visa requirements. Check for errors or discrepancies in applications and suggest corrections to avoid rejections.

  • 3. Liaison with Embassies and Consulates: Communicate with embassies, consulates, or visa centers to stay updated on the latest visa rules and processing times.Act as a representative for clients during visa submission and collection processes, if applicable.

  • 4. Client Communication: Provide regular updates to clients about the status of their visa applications. Address client queries regarding travel regulations, visa guidelines, and related matters.

  • 5. Compliance with Regulations: Ensure that all visa applications adhere to the policies and regulations set by the respective governments and agencies. Stay informed about changes in immigration laws or travel restrictions.

  • 6. Problem Resolution: Assist clients in case of delays, rejections, or issues with their applications.Provide guidance on re-application or appeal processes when needed.

  • 7. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with ticketing, tour planning, and customer service teams to provide seamless travel solutions. Coordinate with corporate clients to process group visas for business trips.

  • 8. Record-Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of visa applications, approvals, and rejections. Prepare periodic reports for management, highlighting trends or issues in visa processing.

  • 9. Upselling Services: Promote related travel services, such as travel insurance, flight bookings, and holiday packages, to enhance revenue.

  • 10. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients have a smooth experience by providing timely and efficient services.Collect feedback to improve the visa processing experience.
