Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counsel clients on tourism opportunities in First World, European, and Asian countries.
∎ Provide accurate and up-to-date information and assistance regarding immigration processes.
∎ Advise students on study abroad opportunities, university selection, and career pathways.
∎ Guide clients through visa application procedures and documentation preparation.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, parents, and partner institutions.
∎ Communicate with clients through phone, email, social media, and face-to-face meetings.
∎ Maintain accurate client records and follow-up on progress.
∎ Organize and participate in seminars, webinars, and outreach programs.
∎ Respond promptly to client inquiries via calls or other communication channels.
∎ Support in visa processing, sales and marketing, and travel ticketing.
