∎ Proficiency in computer applications (MS Word, Excel & Photoshop).
∎ Experience in document preparation, form filling, and maintaining files and records.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receiving and responding to emails.
∎ Conducting marketing and promotions via social media advertisements.
∎ Providing accurate counseling both in-person and over the phone.
∎ Maintaining good communication with clients.
∎ Preparing necessary documents, filling out forms, and organizing files and records.
∎ Communicating with overseas institutions and human resource companies.
