Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a Visa Consultant who is smart, passionate, and energetic, with experience in offering and selling travel packages.
Provide detailed information about Tour packages to prospective clients.
Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable packages.
Design and customize Tour packages, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and local service providers in Saudi Arabia for seamless travel arrangements.
Assist clients with visa applications and required documentation.
Liaise with consulates or relevant authorities for visa approvals. Address client concerns or issues before, during, and after the journey.
Have an active role in promoting the business through social media and other platforms.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client details.
Experience in e-commerce content creation and social media marketing.
Respond to client query via online & offline channels.
Describing the package tour, sight-seeing and itineraries to the clients.
Any other task assigned by the management.
