Responsibilities & Context:

• Handle all visa-related tasks as per Travel Agency Visa Section rules.

• Provide consultation to clients regarding Canada, USA, Australia, and European visa categories.

• Guide clients for Student Visa, Schooling Visa, Visit Visa, Work Permit, Permanent Residency & Family Migration.

• Maintain strong communication with clients through calls, meetings, emails, and official correspondence.

• Prepare, verify, and submit required visa documents.

• Maintain proper documentation and follow up on each client case.

• Maintain professional behavior and represent the company positively.

• Office time: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
