Basic knowledge of POS systems, tablets, and booking platforms; proficiency in MS Office

· Lead and manage Bay Hosts and Bay Runners during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth daily operations and adherence to schedules.

· Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily priorities, VIP arrivals, and special events, and coordinate with the Golf Operations Manager on operational matters.

· Monitor bay occupancy, guest flow, and ensure efficient bay turnover (within 5 minutes during peak hours) while optimizing staff allocation.

· Ensure all guests are promptly attended (within 30 seconds), deliver exceptional service to VIPs, and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

· Resolve guest issues promptly, authorize minor compensations (up to BDT 2,000), and escalate complex concerns when necessary.

· Supervise, coach, and motivate team members; manage attendance, assign duties, and support onboarding and training initiatives.

· Ensure adherence to safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper functioning of all bay equipment and technology; report any hazards or damages.

· Prepare shift reports, track performance metrics (occupancy, turnover), document incidents, and ensure smooth handover to the next shift supervisor.
