Context:
The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining assigned areas of Super Golf to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
This role ensures that all guest-facing spaces—including golf bays, restrooms, locker rooms, lobbies, corridors, and back-of-house areas—are spotless, well-stocked, and welcoming at all times.
The Housekeeper serves as a front-line brand ambassador whose work directly impacts guest satisfaction. Attention to detail, efficiency, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
General Cleaning & Sanitization
Clean and sanitize assigned areas according to the daily schedule.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors, windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces. as required.
Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, railings, elevator buttons).
Report any maintenance issues (e.g., leaks, broken fixtures, damaged surfaces) immediately.
Golf Bay Cleaning
Clean golf bays immediately after guest departure (target: under 3 minutes).
Sweep or vacuum bay flooring (turf) to remove debris.
Restock bay supplies (e.g., napkins, scorecards, pencils, tees, as applicable).
Clean and sanitize ball dispensers and tee-up mechanisms.
Restroom & Locker Room Cleaning
Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, and sinks.
Restock supplies such as- toilet paper, soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizer.
Empty sanitary disposal bins in restrooms.
Clean and sanitize shower areas in locker rooms.
Public Areas & Lobby Cleaning
Vacuum or sweep lobby, clean lobby furniture and public area floors.
Maintain the cleanliness of entrance mats and runners.
Back-of-House & Staff Areas
Clean staff break rooms, locker rooms, and restrooms, mop back-of-house corridors.
Deep Cleaning & Special Projects
Participate in weekly deep cleaning activities as assigned (e.g., window washing, floor waxing, carpet and upholstery, light fixtures and ventilation vents).
