We are expanding our travel services division and looking for dynamic professionals to join our team. This combined circular seeks Visa Experts and a Ticketing & Tour Package Specialist who can deliver end-to-end travel solutions. Candidates must be customer-centric, process-driven, and possess deep industry knowledge to drive client satisfaction and operational excellence.
## Key Responsibilities
For Visa Operations (3 Positions):
End-to-End Visa Management: Handle complete visa processing operations for major global destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Schengen, Australia, Middle East, Malaysia, etc.).
Compliance & Document Verification: Rigorously review, verify, and compile client documents to ensure 100% accuracy and compliance with embassy guidelines.
Liaison & Coordination: Maintain strong professional coordination with embassies, consulates, VFS/visa application centers, and international travel partners.
Consultancy: Provide expert, up-to-date travel and visa guidance tailored to individual or corporate client profiles.
Tour Package Design & Management: Formulate, price, and market customized domestic and international tour packages/holiday itineraries.
Prepare regular reports on visa application success rates and departmental performance.
Resolve customer queries and visa-related issues professionally and promptly.
For Ticketing & Tour Package Management (1 Position):
GDS Operations: Manage complex domestic and international air ticket reservations, reissues, refunds, and cancellations using Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
Tour Package Design & Management: Formulate, price, and market customized domestic and international tour packages/holiday itineraries.
Vendor Negotiation: Coordinate and negotiate rates with hotels, local transport providers, and ground tour operators to ensure competitive packaging.
Itinerary Optimization: Provide clients with cost-effective flight routing and seamless holiday itineraries.
Shared Operational Duties:
Maintain accurate client databases, visa statuses, and daily ticketing/sales records.
Resolve client complaints or travel emergencies (flight delays, sudden policy changes) professionally and promptly.
Contribute to departmental performance reports for management review.
## Requirements
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Tourism & Hospitality Management, International Relations, or a related discipline.
Master’s degree or professional certifications in GDS/IATA will be highly advantageous.
Experience Requirements
Minimum 3 to 5 years of functional experience in a reputable travel agency, tour operator, or corporate travel management firm.
Candidates applying for the Ticketing & Tour role must have at least 2 years of proven experience in holiday package curation and vendor management.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of global immigration rules OR advanced mastery of GDS software (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).
Package Architecture: Proven ability to source, cost, and assemble holiday packages.
Communication: Exceptional client-handling skills with full professional fluency in written and spoken English and Bengali.
Tools: Proficient in MS Office Suite (particularly Excel for pricing sheets and Word for documentation).
