Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Hospitality, Event Management, or related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in tournament or event coordination (golf experience strongly preferred).

Understanding of golf rules, formats (scramble, stroke play, Stableford), and handicapping systems.

PGA or golf management certification (preferred); First Aid/CPR

Proficiency in tournament management software, online registration platforms

· Develop calendar, schedule bays, formats, prizes, and manage event budgets.

· Handle online registration, payments, player communication, and participant records.

· Oversee check-in, player briefing, scheduling, live scoring, and prize distribution.

· Work with Operations, F&B, Marketing, and Pro Shop for seamless event execution.

· Maintain smooth flow, pace of play, and deliver high-quality player experience.

· Conduct daily checks, troubleshoot issues, and maintain simulator systems.

· Operate digital scoring, verify results, and publish leaderboards.

· Secure sponsors, manage activations, and prepare post-event reports.
