Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 30 years
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferred).Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.Good presentation and customer service skills.Experience in the travel, tourism, or service industry will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
Promote company products and services through online and offline channels.
Prepare sales reports, marketing plans, and performance analyses.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend meetings, presentations, and promotional events as required.
