Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field.

• Age 24 to 50 years

Minimum 3 years of junior golf coaching or youth sports instruction experience

Strong understanding of golf fundamentals, rules, and etiquette; playing ability to demonstrate skills

Ability to break down complex skills into age-appropriate, fun activities

Patient, enthusiastic, energetic, excellent communication with children and parents

PGA certification (preferred); First Aid/CPR; Child safety training; Safeguarding certification

Ability to work weekends and school holidays (peak junior program times)

· Plan annual calendar, design age-based curriculum, and create weekly lesson plans.

· Lead junior clinics, teach core golf skills, and provide individual/group coaching.

· Monitor progress, maintain performance records, and prepare juniors for tournaments.

· Execute holiday camps, after-school programs, and junior tournaments.

· Build partnerships with schools, conduct demos, and coordinate field trips.

· Communicate progress, host orientations, and arrange family golf activities.

· Ensure junior equipment, training tools, and play areas are safe and well-maintained.

· Manage registrations, track participation/budgets, and prepare program reports.
