We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Office Supervisor to support a prestigious hospitality client in the United States. This is a remote hospitality operations role performed from our Dhaka office while working closely with hotel teams operating in the USA (GMT-6 time zone).
Position Summary
The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily front office operations, ensuring exceptional guest service standards, and supporting front desk team performance. The successful candidate will coordinate with multiple hotel departments, supervise front office associates, and ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and operational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily activities of Front Office associates during assigned shifts.
Provide training, coaching, and performance support to front desk personnel, night auditors, and other front office staff.
Ensure effective communication among departments to support guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping to maintain accurate room status information.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, professionally, and courteously.
Manage group reservations, special guest requirements, and related communications.
Prepare, review, and analyze daily front office reports and take corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Operate and maintain Front Office systems, including Property Management Systems (PMS), reporting tools, and related applications.
Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement, teamwork, and recognition.
Serve as Manager on Duty when required, providing operational guidance and support across hotel departments.
Assist other hotel departments, including Housekeeping, Breakfast Operations, or Engineering, when operationally necessary.
Perform additional duties assigned by management.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Work Arrangement: Remote support for a USA-based hospitality client
Shift Schedule: Rotational shifts aligned with USA Central Time (GMT-6), including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in hotel front office operations, guest services, or hospitality management.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
Experience working with Property Management Systems (Opera, Marriott FOSSE, Hilton OnQ, or similar platforms) is highly desirable.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and hotel reporting systems.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
Willingness to work night shifts according to USA operational requirements.
