  • Proficiency in multiple languages

  • Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • Experience in sales or upselling hotel services

  • Knowledge of local attractions and dining options

  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality is a plus

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor

  • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office applications

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome

  • Check guests in and out efficiently and accurately

  • Handle reservations and manage room assignments

  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

  • Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and nearby attractions

  • Assist with billing and payment processing

  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to ensure guest needs are met

  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and report generation

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Handle guest requests for special accommodations

  • Monitor customer feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives
