We are looking for an experienced and motivated Tour Sales Executive who has proven knowledge of selling group tour packages and managing travel clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth booking experience for group travelers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell domestic and international group tour packages to individual and corporate clients.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.

• Provide accurate information regarding tour itineraries, pricing, inclusions, and travel requirements.

• Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into confirmed bookings.

• Coordinate with operations and supplier teams to ensure smooth tour execution.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.

• Assist clients with booking procedures, payments, documentation, and travel-related queries.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide effective solutions.

• Keep updated with tourism trends, destinations, and market demands.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in selling group tour packages is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of tour package sales, travel products, and customer handling.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client inquiries.

• Proficiency in using email, CRM systems, social media, and online communication tools.
