Additional Requirements:

• Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:

• Train and motivate front and back-of-house staff.

• Needs to be the bridge between front of house staff and back of house staff

• We have an open kitchen - should make sure the kitchen is clean and staff are always in right uniform

• Manage reservations, communicate with guests and build guest relationship

• Monitor financial performance and meet sales targets

• Handle customer feedback professionally and convey to partners in timely manner

• Must have computer skills to build weekly staff schedule, inventory reports and monitor all staff in and out timings

• Strong communication skill is a must as the owners are always present in the building or the restaurant and required constant communication

• must have Italian and Arabic food knowledge or the eagerness to learn
