• Experience in Travel Agencies, Immigration & Education Consultancy Services, or Visa Processing is preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of visa regulations, immigration laws, and embassy protocols.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to multitask and handle multiple applications simultaneously.

• Proficiency in visa application management software.

• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and embassy officials.

• Prepare reports on application trends, success rates, and client feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance to clients on visa requirements, documentation, and procedures.

• Ensure applications are accurate and complete, with correct payment of fees.

• Review visa applications to minimize errors and maximize success rates.

• Handle complex visa applications and escalated cases.

• Stay updated on immigration laws and visa regulations.

• Manage client payments, invoices, and financial transactions related to visa processing.
