  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client cases.
  • Computer proficiency


Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Visa Consultant specializing in First World countries (USA, Canada, UK, Schengen, Australia, New Zealand, etc.). The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, providing accurate advice on requirements, and ensuring smooth, compliant submissions. This role requires strong communication skills, updated knowledge of immigration rules, and the ability to handle multiple applications with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Advise clients on visa requirements, eligibility, and documentation for First World countries.

  • Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications.

  • Provide up-to-date information on immigration laws, embassy guidelines, and procedural changes.

  • Handle client inquiries, assess individual cases, and recommend the most suitable visa category.

  • Guide clients in preparing supporting documents (cover letters, travel itineraries, financial proofs, etc.).

  • Schedule and manage visa interview appointments where applicable.

  • Maintain accurate records of client cases and ensure timely follow-ups.

  • Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and relevant authorities when required.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and company standards throughout the application process.

  • Provide post-visa services such as travel guidance, appeal support (if needed), and after-arrival advisory.
