Responsibilities & Context:

Location: Nayasarak, Sylhet

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Your Role:

  • Engage with clients to address inquiries about visa processing, migration, and education services.

  • Take ownership of application coordination, ensuring smooth and accurate document handling.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor by walking clients through every step of the process.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive outreach and service visibility.

  • Strengthen client loyalty through timely communication and consistent follow-up.

  • Manage files, update records, and support the office in delivering excellent service daily.
