∎ অভিজ্ঞতা প্রয়োজন নেই। তবে সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধীকার দেয়া হবে।
∎ মোটর সাইকেল/বাইসাইকেল চালনায় পারদর্শী হতে হবে।
∎ চুড়ান্তভাবে নির্বাচিতদেরকে যোগদানকালীন ১০,০০০/- (দশ হাজার) টাকা ভার্ক প্রধান কার্যালয়ে জামানত হিসাবে জমা দিতে হবে, যা মুনফাসহ চূড়ান্ত হিসাব নিস্পত্তিকালীন ফেরত প্রদান করা হবে।
∎ চুড়ান্তভাবে নির্বাচিতদেরকে সংস্থার শিশু সুরক্ষা নীতিমালা, প্রিভেনশন অফ সেক্সচুয়াল এক্সপ্লোয়েটেশন এন্ড এ্যাবিউস (পিএসইএ) নীতিমালা, জেন্ডার নীতিমালা ও সংস্থার কোড অফ কন্ডাক্ট এর বিধি-বিধানের প্রতি ব্যক্তিগত ও কর্মজীবনে শ্রদ্ধাশীল, অনুসরণ এবং প্রতিপালন করতে হবে।
∎ উল্লেখিত পদে আবেদনের জন্য নারী এবং বিশেষ চাহিদা সম্পন্ন ব্যক্তিরাও সমানভাবে যোগ্য।
∎ কর্তৃপক্ষ যে কোন কারণ দর্শানো ব্যতিরেকে এই নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়া আংশিক অথবা সম্পূর্ন বাতিল করার ক্ষমতা সংরক্ষন করেন। প্রাপ্ত আবেদন যাচাই বাছাই করে সংক্ষিপ্ত তালিকার প্রার্থীদের পরীক্ষায় অংশ গ্রহণের জন্য আহবান করা হবে।
∎ নোটঃ অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে বয়স এবং শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা শিথিলযোগ।
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ সদস্যদের উপস্থিতি ও প্রতিটি ক্ষুদ্র দলের মাধ্যমে টাকা আদায় নিশ্চিত করা।
∎ সমিতিতে আলোচনা করা (সদস্য ভর্তি, ঋণ প্রস্তাব, সঞ্চয় ফেরত, ইস্যু ভিত্তিক আলোচনা ইত্যাদি)।
∎ পাশ বই ও কালেকশন সীট পোষ্টিং ও রেজুলেশন খাতা লেখা।
∎ রেজুলেশন পাঠ করা ও খাতায় সভানেত্রীসহ সদস্যদের স্বাক্ষর নেয়া।
∎ প্রকল্প যাচাই করা এবং সাপ্তাহিক প্রতিবেদন প্রস্তুত করা।
∎ কালেকশন সীট অনুসারে সমিতি থেকে আদায়কৃত টাকা টপসিট করে হিসাব রক্ষকের নিকট জমা দেয়া।
∎ সাবসিডিয়ারী লেজারসহ সকল লেজার নিয়মিত আপডেট রাখা।
∎ ভিলেজ এডুকেশন রিসোর্স সেন্টার (ভার্ক) জাতীয় পর্যায়ের একটি স্বেচ্ছাসেবী সংগঠন এবং মাইক্রোক্রেডিট রেগুলেটরী অথরিটি (এমআরএ) কর্তৃক নিবন্ধিত প্রতিষ্ঠান, যার সনদ নম্বর-০১২৭৫-০০৫২৩-০০০১৭।
∎ এছাড়াও সংস্থাটি এনজিও বিষয়ক ব্যুরো ও সমাজ কল্যাণ মন্ত্রাণালয়ের অধিনে নিবন্ধিত প্রতিষ্ঠান। যার সনদ নাম্বার পর্যায়ক্রমে -১৩৩ এবং ঢ-০২২৮২/৮৯।
∎ সংস্থার ঋণ কর্মসূচিতে সৎ, উদ্যোমী, পরিশ্রমী ও কর্মঠ জনবল জরুরী ভিত্তিতে নিয়োগের লক্ষ্যে নি¤œলিখিত পদের জন্য আগ্রহী বাংলাদেশী প্রার্থীদের নিকট হতে দরখাস্ত আহবান করা যাচ্ছে।

∎ Job Description/Resposibilities:
∎ সদস্যদের উপস্থিতি ও প্রতিটি ক্ষুদ্র দলের মাধ্যমে টাকা আদায় নিশ্চিত করা।

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ মাসিক বেতন ২৫,৯৭৮/- (পঁচিশ হাজার নয়শত আটাত্তর) টাকা তবে সংস্থ্ার নিয়মানুযায়ী যোগদানের ৬ মাস পর মহার্ঘ ভাতাসহ মোট ২৮,৯৭৮/-(আঠাশ হাজার নয়শত আটাত্তর) টাকা প্রদান করা হবে ।
∎ সংস্থ্ার নিয়মানুযায়ী বার্ষিক ইনক্রিমেন্ট, মহার্ঘ ভাতা, গ্রাচুইটি, পিএফ, উৎসব ভাতা, বৈশাখী ভাতা, মোবাইল বিল, স্টাফ কল্যান ও স্বাস্থ্য কল্যান তহবিল এর নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী নিজ ও পরিবারের সদস্যদের চিকিৎসা খরচ, সুদবিহীন হায়ার পারচেজে মোটরসাইকেলসহ রক্ষনাবেক্ষনের জন্য মাসিক ১,৮০০/-টাকা ভাতা প্রদান করা হবে। এছাড়াও অন্যান্য সকল সুবিধাদি প্রদান করা হবে।
