Experience:
7–10+ years in marketing for SaaS or digital products, with 2–4+ years in a leadership role.
Skilled at risk assessment, mitigation, and solving complex go-to-market challenges.
Proven ability to develop high-performing product marketers (PMMs) and grow future leaders.
Exceptional storyteller with the ability to tailor messaging across segments and channels.
Data-driven, analytical, and comfortable running experiments and using insights to iterate.
Experience building and scaling a marketing team from zero is a plus.
Strategic Product Marketing & Growth
Build and lead the product marketing strategy for Ollyo’s portfolio (Droip, Tutor LMS, and future launches).
Identify target segments, value propositions, and differentiated positioning.
Assess market and product risks, develop mitigation plans, and solve complex go-to-market challenges.
Contribute insights and strategic recommendations to the product roadmap and pricing by using market research and competitive analysis.
Create high-quality collateral and content across all GTM channels — direct mail, email, ads, webinars, sales decks, and more — with distinct narratives for each customer segment.
Brand & Messaging
Own brand architecture and product storytelling across all touchpoints.
Drive consistent messaging across websites, campaigns, PR, and events.
Go-to-Market (GTM) Planning
Launch major features and products with clear adoption and revenue goals.
Partner with product and engineering to build GTM plans that integrate seamlessly into product-led growth loops.
Team Building & Leadership
Build, structure, and lead a high-performing marketing team from scratch.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members, growing top PMM talent and future marketing leaders.
You will establish a culture of experimentation, accountability, and creativity.
Customer Lifecycle & Retention
Design lifecycle campaigns and customer programs to increase retention and LTV.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor a Customer Success team to support adoption and expansion.
Analytics & Insights
Define and own key metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, MRR impact).
Build dashboards and reporting to enable data-driven decisions across marketing and product.
Thought Leadership & PR
Develop and execute PR campaigns, partnerships, and influencer/community initiatives.
Represent Ollyo at events (e.g., WordCamp, SaaS conferences), webinars, and podcasts.
