Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters of Commerce/Business Administration (MBA)/Part qualifications from the ICAB/ICMAB/ACCA (Above intermediate level of professional education will be an added advantage).
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Financial statement review and ensure preparation of accounts as per IFRS/IAS & VAT, TAX rules.
∎ Forecast of Back-to-Back payment and at the same time forecast of cash inflow, ensure Back-to-Back payment timely/on maturity
∎ Do export forecast for settlement of BTB LC and any other LC, other loans and Overheads. Follow-up regular adjustments of bank liabilities & commitments
∎ Interest calculation of EDF, Interim period interest of EDF for Back-to-Back LC and any other LC, extend bank facilities as required
∎ Ensure the payment entries of BTB in ERP Software/Accounting System and bank reconciliations
∎ Look after L/C Margin and collection of L/C copies from bank
∎ Creation of FDR from the margin amount and keep those in company custody
∎ Oversee all the transaction with the Bank and in cash are made & posted properly, check the bank charges and interests are deducting correctly
∎ Ensure Sub Contract LCs are received timely and submitted to Bank after acceptance
∎ Prepare required documentation, ensure regular renewals of sanctions/documents/permissions, preparations of new proposals & feasibility reports and submit these to the banks and follow-up with the banks
∎ Get intercompany L/C confirmations are done
∎ FDBP, LDBP and LC discounting as required
∎ Collection of matured documents and settle the discounted documents & do regular reconciliations
∎ Corresponding with the banks regarding various issues relating to corporate banking
∎ Make correspondence with the concerned persons on export overdue proceeds
∎ Collection of payment advice copy and make sure that entries are made into the accounting system. Realize export proceeds and ensuring FDBP adjustment regularly in the accounting system
∎ Make FDD as per bank wise allocated of fund
∎ Make correspondence with banks regarding transfer of the funds
∎ Ensure day to day bank voucher entries making into ERP Software system regularly
∎ Monitoring payment vouchers and entries are matching with IAS / IFRS
∎ Assist to prepare the credit rating report
∎ Work to renewal of Bank Guarantee at the end of the period
∎ Preparation of Stock report and Fixed Asset Schedule for Fire Insurance Policy
∎ Ensure vendors’/payees’ payments and Collections from the clients are complying with Tax/Vat
∎ Work as a back-up of the Incharge-Accounts (VP-Accounting)
∎ Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ Experience in Large Composite Knit Factory.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships across the organization.
∎ Excellent in inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the subordinates.
∎ Knowledge on organizational culture change management, diversity, inclusion gender sensitivity.
∎ Computer literacy – MS Office, Emailing.
∎ Strong Written and oral communication.
∎ Problem solving skills
