Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analyse business drivers such as revenue, costs, asset and liability growth
∎ Enhance the budget process and financial performance monitoring
∎ Perform financial planning and forecasting
∎ Oversee Accounts Receivables and Payables, as well as company Payroll
∎ Maintain a high level of financial control and risk awareness
∎ Provide comprehensive accounting reports to the leadership team
∎ Maintain timesheets and payroll for all employees.
∎ Assisting with month-end closing.
∎ Coordinating all Banking details changes and liaising on the payment terminals deployment/ cancellation.
∎ Periodically review and assist retail stores on Petty Cash rec, Key register updates, Fire equipment audit
∎ Administration tasks including new joiner coordination, stationary orders, as well as office maintenance.
∎ Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required
∎ Manage the Concur PO, Invoice, and Expense claim transactions daily, and complete the accounting review for transition posting integration.
∎ Reconcile Balance Sheets and resolve outstanding items monthly.
∎ Assist with month-end Profit and Loss variance analysis before Month-end closing.
∎ General administrative and other ad hoc tasks.
∎ Inventory management and tracking.
∎ Skills and ExperienceConfident with your accounting knowledge and able to hit the ground running quickly
∎ Providing analysis and reporting on payroll.
∎ You will have previous experience within a similar finance role providing analytical and retail support to the team.
∎ Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance, experience in a retail industry preferred.
∎ Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
∎ Solid knowledge of Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, and Bank rec function.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, to streamline processes.
∎ Must be fluent in Bangla as well as English.
