∎ Financial Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s goals, ensuring sustainable growth and profitability.
∎ Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
∎ Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the organization is protected against financial uncertainties.
∎ Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts to guide decision-making at all levels of the organization.
∎ Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and ensure the organization has the financial resources necessary to operate effectively.
