∎ Strong accounting, and analytical skills.
∎ Excellent written and oral communication skills.
∎ Adequate knowledge of Banking and local laws and regulations.
∎ Ability to work independently as well as the ability to work well with stakeholders
∎ Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
∎ Self-driven and willingness to work under pressure.
∎ Must be proficient with the following software/tools: Word, Outlook, Excel, and Accounting Software.
∎ SAP experience will be an added advantage.
∎ Key Skills and Abilities:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive, review, and process vendor invoices promptly and accurately.
∎ Verify the accuracy of invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting principles, Tax & VAT, and relevant regulations.
∎ Ensure proper recording of all accounts payable transactions.
∎ Identify process improvement areas to enhance efficiency.
∎ Coordination with cross-functional teams to optimize the procure-to-pay process.
∎ Overseeing electronic and manual payment processes.
∎ Any other responsibility as entrusted by the Management.
