∎ Age 25 to 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Verify invoices, receipts, and financial documents for accuracy.
∎ Maintain daily financial operations including accounts payable/receivable, and ledger entries.
∎ Process and manage payroll, including ensuring timely payments and deductions.
∎ Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash book and bank book entries.
∎ Maintain fixed asset registers and monitor inventory movement.
∎ Highly performer on Microsoft Office, especially on word & excel and accounting software.
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Knowledge of VAT, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
∎ Handle VAT, tax filings, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Assist in preparing financial statements, including balance sheets and profit/loss accounts.
∎ Ensure the timely and accurate submission of tax returns and regulatory filings.
∎ Support the audit process by preparing necessary documentation.
