Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in mechanical engineering or any related field
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility to Maintenance & Utility department of the entire plant containing boiler, compressor, generator, water, air conditioning, drainage, sewerage, firefighting detection protection
∎ Lead & monitor regular maintenance work of all the equipment
∎ Conduct preventive maintenance for all equipment and machinery on a weekly basis
∎ Adhere to repair, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipment related to modern cutting, sewing, boiler & compressor etc.
∎ List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment and machinery
∎ Develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure, and manuals
∎ Ensure smooth function of utility services
∎ Diagnose and repair faults arising during machine run time
∎ Ensure the safety of workers through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience as an Utility Manager, with at least 7 years of experience in managing utility systems in an apparel industry environment
∎ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems related to utility systems
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to utility systems
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
