Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Power
∎ B.Sc in Mechanical/Power/Electronics & Electrical Engineering (EEE) from any recognize university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assure the well maintenance of all the resources including direct resources like Generator, chiller, Air Compressor, Yarn condition plant ,Heat setting ,Cooling Tower Machinery ,Load management , Temperature humility control and other equipment for proper functioning.
∎ Plan & schedule for monthly maintenance.
∎ Follow up and execute scheduled maintenance work & ensure work completion as planned.
∎ Audit daily maintenance activities like machine cleaning, Duct line water cleaning, lubricating performed by mechanics.
∎ Planning the training schedule as per required topics with evaluating training & development programmed.
∎ Do troubleshooting to identify maintenance issue & take corrective action for the same.
∎ Follow-up with the purchase dept. for availing required items on time.
∎ Working with all shift flexibly when job demands.
∎ Supervise ongoing operation of Power & Energy Division.
∎ Overseas sourcing of spare parts, expense, billing & other relevant tasks.
∎ Co-operate to relevant department for the better productivity of the power.
∎ Prepare monthly duty roaster of the electrical section.
∎ Teach and advise to the subordinate regarding technical related work.
∎ Responsible for the safety of all electrical devices.
∎ Plan, implement and maintenance of systems for monitoring machine down time & identify current levels accurately and set targets to minimize it. Identify strategy
∎ To be strictly abide by the compliance standard stipulated by the management from time to time
∎ Develop or propose a spare parts policy for the company to abide to.
∎ Prepare/verify inventory of all equipment, attachments, folders, spare parts, etc. Implement a system to maintain these records
∎ Assure the service and repair of all machines and equipment to have in perfect running condition ready for production at all times
∎ To assure that the procedures are implemented to ensure the availability (that there is no waiting) of machines during style change, including a monitoring procedure.
∎ Be aware of new technologies coming in and evaluate them against company requirements and recommend on acquiring while identifying key personnel to be trained on new arrivals.
∎ The selected candidates will lead the Utility team and will be responsible to ensure proper functioning and maintenance of all machinery/plant independently specially Power Plant.
∎ The candidates should have thorough practical knowledge on utility related works
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
