• Develop, implement, and continuously monitor comprehensive security policies, procedures, and systems to ensure overall organizational security. (প্রতিষ্ঠানের সার্বিক নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য সমন্বিত নিরাপত্তা নীতিমালা, পদ্ধতি ও সিস্টেম প্রণয়ন, বাস্তবায়ন এবং নিয়মিত পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।)

• Manage, supervise, and maintain discipline among security officers, guards, and supervisors while ensuring required performance standards. (সিকিউরিটি অফিসার, গার্ড ও সুপারভাইজারদের তত্ত্বাবধান করা, শৃঙ্খলা বজায় রাখা এবং নির্ধারিত কর্মদক্ষতার মান নিশ্চিত করা।)

• Prepare and maintain duty rosters and leave schedules to ensure uninterrupted security coverage. (নিরবচ্ছিন্ন নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করার জন্য ডিউটি রোস্টার ও ছুটির সময়সূচি প্রস্তুত ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা।)

• Ensure proper protection of company assets, materials, machinery, and confidential information at all times. (প্রতিষ্ঠানের সম্পদ, কাঁচামাল, যন্ত্রপাতি এবং গোপন তথ্যের যথাযথ নিরাপত্তা সর্বদা নিশ্চিত করা।)

• Oversee access control systems, gate management, visitor control procedures, and CCTV surveillance operations. (প্রবেশ নিয়ন্ত্রণ ব্যবস্থা, গেট ম্যানেজমেন্ট, ভিজিটর কন্ট্রোল প্রক্রিয়া এবং সিসিটিভি নজরদারি কার্যক্রম তদারকি করা।)

• Investigate security incidents, theft, misconduct, or any security breaches and submit detailed reports to management. (যেকোনো নিরাপত্তা সংক্রান্ত ঘটনা, চুরি, অসদাচরণ বা নিরাপত্তা লঙ্ঘনের তদন্ত করা এবং ব্যবস্থাপনার নিকট বিস্তারিত প্রতিবেদন দাখিল করা।)

• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies, fire service, and emergency response authorities whenever required. (প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী স্থানীয় আইনশৃঙ্খলা বাহিনী, ফায়ার সার্ভিস ও জরুরি সেবা প্রদানকারী সংস্থার সাথে সমন্বয় করা।)

• Conduct regular security risk assessments and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions. (নিয়মিত নিরাপত্তা ঝুঁকি মূল্যায়ন করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় সংশোধনমূলক ও প্রতিরোধমূলক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণের সুপারিশ করা।)

• Ensure full compliance with fire safety regulations, emergency evacuation procedures, and disaster management plans. (অগ্নি নিরাপত্তা বিধিমালা, জরুরি নির্গমন (Evacuation) এবং দুর্যোগ ব্যবস্থাপনা পরিকল্পনার পূর্ণাঙ্গ বাস্তবায়ন ও অনুসরণ নিশ্চিত করা।)

• Organize and conduct security training sessions, drills, and awareness programs for employees and security personnel. (কর্মচারী ও নিরাপত্তা কর্মীদের জন্য নিরাপত্তা প্রশিক্ষণ, মহড়া (Drill) এবং সচেতনতামূলক কর্মসূচি আয়োজন ও পরিচালনা করা।)

• Monitor compliance with company policies, labor laws, and all applicable regulatory security requirements. (কোম্পানির নীতিমালা, শ্রম আইন এবং প্রযোজ্য সকল নিয়ন্ত্রক নিরাপত্তা বিধি-বিধান অনুসরণ হচ্ছে কিনা তা পর্যবেক্ষণ করা।)

• Maintain and manage all security-related records, logs, reports, and documentation accurately. (নিরাপত্তা সংক্রান্ত সকল রেকর্ড, লগ, প্রতিবেদন ও ডকুমেন্ট সঠিকভাবে সংরক্ষণ ও রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ করা।)

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management as required. (ব্যবস্থাপনা কর্তৃক সময় সময় অর্পিত অন্যান্য দায়িত্ব পালন করা।)
