Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and oversee the installation of sanitary and plumbing systems within the factory, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
∎ Conduct regular inspections of the sanitary and plumbing systems to identify any issues, leaks, or malfunctions.
∎ Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to ensure the continuous operation of all sanitary and plumbing systems.
∎ Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for repairs, maintenance, and installation of new systems.
∎ Collaborate with other engineering and maintenance teams to address cross-functional issues and ensure smooth operations.
∎ Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to sanitary and plumbing systems, and recommend appropriate solutions or repairs.
∎ Monitor water usage, drainage systems, and sewage disposal to identify areas for improvement in terms of efficiency and sustainability.
∎ Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding sanitary and plumbing systems.
∎ Train and educate employees on proper usage and maintenance of sanitary and plumbing facilities.
∎ Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 40 years
∎ Proven experience working as a Sanitary and Plumbing Engineer, preferably within an apparel factory or industrial setting.
∎ In-depth knowledge of sanitary and plumbing systems, including design principles, installation procedures, and maintenance practices.
∎ Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to sanitary and plumbing systems.
∎ Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
∎ Excellent organizational and project management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
∎ Effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and vendors.
∎ Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all work activities.
∎ Knowledge of sustainability practices and water conservation measures is desirable.
