∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the maintenance and repair of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other utility utilities.
∎ Conduct regular inspections to identify and address issues proactively.
∎ Schedule and coordinate preventive maintenance activities for all equipment and machinery Weekly, Monthly/ Yearly
∎ List out and maintain required spare parts for all equipment's and machinery.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations.
∎ Ensure the smooth function of maintenance services.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ Ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Proven experience in managing utility systems in an apparel industry environment.
∎ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems related to utility systems.
∎ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics related to utility systems.
∎ Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
