Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Upazila Coordinator (UC) will responsible for overall implementation of the Project's activities in the local area coordinating.. He/she will also supervise 04 Field Facilitator.
∎ She/he will be representing the project in the Upazila level including effective communication with Government officials especially Upazila Education officer Agriculture, Fisheries, youth development, livestock etc.
∎ The Upazila Coordinator is accountable for the successful delivery of the goal and outcomes of the project and will prepare progress report.
∎ She/he will support the Project Manager in planning, budget preparation, training & workshops facilitation; prepare all reports and document properly on time and all other required activities to ensure smooth operations of the project. S/he will also be responsible for managing the field level implementation of the project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good time management skills.
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint presentation.
∎ She/he should have a valid motor cycle driving license
