Responsibilities & Context:
We’re hiring an experienced Upwork Applicator to represent our agency, craft high-converting proposals, and manage client outreach. You’ll translate client needs into compelling pitches that win interviews and projects. This is a fully remote, night-shift role.
Schedule
- Remote, full-time
- Working hours: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM [GMT+6]
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client job posts to identify pain points and tailor proposals accordingly
- Write clear, catchy, and persuasive proposals with relevant portfolios and case snippets
- Customize cover letters, questions, and bid strategies for each opportunity
- Track submissions, follow up proactively, and maintain a clean pipeline/CRM
- Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure proposals align with capabilities and timelines
- Monitor Upwork trends, keywords, and best practices to improve win rate
