∎ About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Graphics Designer & Video Editor to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of producing compelling visual content for businesses, with a strong emphasis on international projects. This role demands proficiency in both graphic design and video editing, paired with outstanding English language skills.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and create visually compelling graphics for various media.
∎ Edit video footage into polished videos for various platforms.
∎ Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop promotional materials.
∎ Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to generate ideas.
∎ Create visual elements like logos, original images, and illustrations to deliver a message.
∎ Make necessary revisions based on client and team feedback.
∎ Ready to join video Zoom meetings as and when required for any project discussions and updates.
∎ Use Web Work-Tracker software to log hours for payment.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 40 years
∎ Proven experience in graphic design and video editing for businesses.
∎ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design and video projects.
∎ Proficient in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
∎ Familiarity or willingness to learn and use WebWork-Tracker for time management and invoicing.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ Compensation is set at 80tk per hour, based on the total hours recorded each month. For instance, logging 160 hours in a month will result in a payment of 12,800tk.
