Have good facilitation, communication, networking, and team building skills.
Have good writing skills in preparing a report in English and Bangla
Have experience in extensive field visits
Excellent computer literacy is a must
Concerned Women for Family Development (CWFD) emerged from an emotional response in 1975 to help women in need of reproductive health care and counseling. Then it became an organization and implemented various projects with support from different development partners in many areas. Its vision is to empower women of Bangladesh to achieve a better status within the family and society. The CWFD’s mission is to support, promote, and protect the interests of women in Bangladesh by providing community-based health care, empowering underprivileged adolescents and youth, providing legal support to girls and women who are victims of domestic violence, and developing human resources for positive social changes. Currently, CWFD has been implementing the “SMC funded Community Mobilization program” in partnership with SMC.

Job Summary:
The incumbent will be based in the Upazila Office and implement Community Mobilization activities at the union and community levels of the Upazila. This person will prepare monthly activity plans, organize, and conduct various meetings, sessions, and events at the community level led by the Community Mobilizer (CM) and his/her own initiatives. The incumbent will monitor all activities within the intervention areas and supervise all CMs in the assigned Upazila. Additionally, they will prepare all types of project reports and documents and submit them regularly to the DTL and other relevant offices.
The incumbent will provide assistance and guidance to the paramedic to smoothly organize and conduct courtyard meetings and ANC services for pregnant women. Guide the paramedic to ensure Growth Monitoring & Promotion (GMP) for children under 5 years old.
The incumbent will maintain all forms of liaison, coordination, and effective communication among stakeholders, donor representatives, and others involved in the project for smooth implementation of activities. The Upazila Supervisor (US) will oversee the activities of Women Entrepreneurs, known as Gold Star Members (GSMs), and will assist the team in undertaking knowledge and skills development initiatives. They will also provide technical support to raise awareness and promote the sale of public health products to the community by GSMs.
The selected candidate will be offered Tk. 22,000/- with other benefits as per organization policy and project budget.
