Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ Masters degree preferably in Social Science, Social Work, or relevant discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project management activities at Upazila level as directed on Project document.
∎ Maintain day-to-day activities.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 5 years working experiences in project management.
∎ Knowledge and skills in project management with a proven track record of managing people.
∎ Problem-solving capacity, interpersonal relationship and communication skill, budgetary control, strong coordination, supervision and facilitation skill, ability to demonstrate servant leadership, and foster a team-oriented atmosphere.
∎ Good proficiency in English & Bengali both written and verbal.
∎ Good time management skills.
∎ Good conceptual and practical skill to write project concept paper and reporting.
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point presentation.
∎ Ability to drive motorbike with valid driving license.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per project budget.
