∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible Branch Staff, Office, Fund and Expenditure Management, Office Management and managing the administrative activities of the branch;
∎ Ensure compliance with credit, savings and dues management;
∎ Ensure the regular and scheduled balancing;
∎ Assist to the preparation of annual budgets and plans.
∎ Determine the rate of achievement of various targets on a month wise and ensure their implementation;
∎ Preparation of all reports including MIS and AIS with computer and micro-finance software.;
∎ Maintenance the branch accounts and supporting documents including bill-vouchers; Verification where applicable of necessary approvals;
∎ Maintaining regular contact with members and promoting public relations in the workplace;
∎ To play an active role in skill development of employees;
∎ Perform other duties as directed by the authority;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Basic knowledge in Computer & Data entry in customized software and familiar with MS. Word, Excel, Email & Browsing
∎ Motorbike willingness to drive frequently.
Salary: Negotiable
