Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute a strategic business plan for the corporate segment to meet revenue, profitability, and growth objectives.
∎ Identify market trends, growth opportunities, and potential risks, adjusting strategies accordingly.
∎ Oversee the development of new corporate client relationships and deepen existing ones to drive revenue.
∎ Lead, mentor, and manage the team of relationship managers, setting performance goals and ensuring professional growth.
∎ Oversee client portfolio quality, ensuring compliance with credit policies and minimizing credit risk.
∎ Monitor loan performance, ensuring that all corporate banking transactions adhere to regulatory and bank policies.
∎ Collaborate with the risk and compliance teams to manage and mitigate potential risks.
∎ Act as a senior contact for high-value corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
∎ Develop tailored financial solutions by working closely with product, credit, and treasury teams.
∎ Maintain strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders, including credit, compliance, operations, and finance.
∎ Represent the corporate banking unit in meetings with senior management, providing insights and reports on business performance.§ Track the unit’s performance against key metrics and report results to senior management.
∎ Use insights to continuously improve business strategies and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and client centric within the team.
