Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain relationship with high-net-worth customers and get exposure through offering liquidity solutions.
∎ Onboard new corporate customers with potential business opportunities and achieve assigned business targets with portfolio management.
∎ Ensure extraordinary customer experience by providing customer services as per set standard MMBPLC.
∎ Regular follow-up for maximum utilization of limits.
∎ Distribute sales target among the team, prepare daily/weekly/monthly client visit plan for the RMs/ARMs.
∎ Guide, motivate and monitor team members for achieving goals.
∎ Financial and investment analysis of Corporates to devise credit and investment proposal.
∎ Industry analysis to evaluate project specific proposal to take credit and investment exposure
∎ Structure credit facilities in line with client’s business requirement & bank’s credit policy and recommend the same to CRM for approval.
∎ Maintain all necessary correspondence with CAD, CRM, Trade Services Division, Treasury Division etc to ensure prompt services to clients.
∎ Contribute to the strategic decision making process of the bank and assist in implementation of special projects or any other task assigned by management.
∎ Monitor and supervise the Early alert, Overdue and SMA on periodic basis and to foster regulatory compliance.
