∎ Sound knowledge on agriculture production system.
∎ High communication skills with farmers, project staff and the concerned parties including the government sector and LGIs.
∎ Candidate must have an android phone and its various operational knowledge for data updating through online.
∎ Position is preferable for local residence.
∎ Good moving ability using bicycle/Motorcycle and local transport.
∎ Fresher /Young and female are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Directly work in field level in implementing project activities at the union level under the supervision with the Upazila Manager.
∎ Engage and coordinate with farmers, irrigation well owners, and community stakeholders to promote AWD technology.
∎ Directly involve socio-economic surveys of farmers, irrigation well owners, and entrepreneurs.
∎ Organize field level training and awareness programs on AWD technology, sustainable farming, and business management.
∎ Record regular activities and share the progress to the Upazila Manager
∎ Documentation of field insights capturing photos and videos.
∎ Ensure proper coordination between farmers, irrigation well owners, and local government officials.
∎ Maintain regular communication with the Upazila Manager and other project team members.
∎ Position Overview
∎ We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Union Organizer to support the implementation of water-saving agricultural technologies at the union level. Working under the supervision of the Upazila Manager, the Union Organizer will play a key role in coordinating with farmers, irrigation well owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption of AWD technology and sustainable irrigation practices.
