∎ Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
∎ Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
∎ Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
∎ Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
∎ Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. User Research & Analysis - Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors.
∎ - Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.2. Wireframing & Prototyping - Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
∎ - Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design solutions.
∎ 3. Visual Design
∎ - Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both functional and visually appealing.
∎ - Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design standards.
∎ 4. Interaction Design
∎ - Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.
∎ - Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.
∎ 5. Collaboration & Communication
∎ - Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure feasible designs align with project goals.
∎ - Present and defend design decisions to peers and stakeholders.
∎ 6. Usability Testing & Iteration
∎ - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve and iterate on designs.
∎ - Implement user feedback and data-driven design changes.
∎ 7. Stay Updated with Industry Trends
∎ - Stay abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.
∎ - Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
