• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.  

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.  

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.  

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.  

• Strong problem solving skills and a passion for creating intuitive user experiences

As a UI/UX Designer at SparkTech, you will be responsible for:

1. User Research & Analysis 

1. Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and behaviors.   
2. Analyze and synthesize research findings to inform design decisions.

2. Wireframing & Prototyping  

1. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas.   
2. Develop high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design solutions.

3. Visual Design   

1. Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are both functional and visually appealing.   
2. Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and design standards.

4. Interaction Design   

1. Define interaction models, user task flows, and UI specifications.  
2. Create interactive prototypes to test and validate design concepts.5. Collaboration & Communication  
3. Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with project goals.   
4. Present and defend design decisions to peers and stakeholders.

6. Usability Testing & Iteration   

1. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to improve and iterate on designs.   
2. Implement user feedback and data
3. driven design changes.

7. Stay Updated with Industry Trends   

1. Stay abreast of the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies.   
2. Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
