- Discussing prices and terms, negotiating contracts, and persuading customers to make a purchase.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
- Meeting or exceeding performance quotas and sales goals.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and providing reports to management.
