Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be target oriented.
∎ Ensure everyday sales target.
∎ Distributor and dealer set up as required
∎ Daily Visit Distributors / Dealers as per route plan & solve problems.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the existing & new Dealers and keep in touch with the retailers
∎ Achieve sales target and report Daily Sales target vs achievement
∎ Sales promote/increase
∎ Ensure Secondary sales
∎ Ensure Cash sales
∎ Assist with Sales planning
∎ Forecast market demand and achieve sales target
∎ Ensure sustainable growth of own market share
∎ Acquire product knowledge on own products as well as competitor's products, price & feature, marketing strategies, distribution policy, and promotional activities
∎ Ensure product availability.
∎ Provide feedback and market information to the management from time to time through frequent market visit.
∎ Must be target oriented.
