Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role is responsible for achieving sales targets and driving profitable growth within the assigned territory by:
∎ Meeting sales targets (value and quantity).
∎ Managing Sales Officers (SO) to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
∎ Ensuring product availability and outlet coverage.
∎ Overseeing merchandising activities for product visibility.
∎ Maintaining financial discipline in cash collection and credit control.
∎ Monitoring distributor stock and ensuring timely payments.
∎ Sourcing and appointing new distributors for current and future needs.
∎ Providing on-the-job training to Sales Officers to enhance skills and product knowledge.
∎ Developing future sales leaders through training and guidance.
∎ Monitoring competitors’ activities and advising management.
∎ Preparing required reports for management.
