Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): agro based farm, Compost

Job Responsibilities:
∎ May operate all heavy motorized equipment owned or leased
∎ Maintain and perform daily inspections of compost facility
∎ Supervises assigned personnel to accomplish assigned tasks using safe work practices
∎ Plans daily activities to ensure maximum utilization of equipment and personnel.
∎ Receives and responds to compost yard
∎ Oversees routine maintenance, repair and cleaning of all compost yard operations equipment
∎ Performs other duties as assigned
∎ Knowledge of the entire composting process is a plus
∎ Proven supervisory experience.
∎ Record keeping, scheduling, following regulations and procedures

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be well-behaved, honest and able to work timely.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
