Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Deal with client inquiries, prepare quotations
∎ Communicate with clients to provide travel services
∎ Respond to clients via online & offline channels
∎ Create travel itineraries with flights, hotels, tours & other travel services
∎ Book flights, hotels & tour packages using different online/offline platforms
∎ Book flights, hotels & sell tour packages OR consult with clients for visa, do visa processing
∎ Keep sales records & report sales information monthly
∎ Manage all online/offline channels of marketing & communication
∎ Keep up to date with airlines & travel rules of different countries Keep up to date with tourism destination knowledge
∎ GDS skills will be extra advantage
∎ Other related tasks assigned by admin
