Job Context

We are looking for a passionate individual to work in a Travel Agency as a Travel Consultant in our Holiday Department

Job Description with Responsibility:

  • Attend customers & meet their travel requirements
  • Maintain and develop effective customer relationship
  • Provide fare quotation and pricing to the customers
  • Need to know how to make holiday packages, email correspondence with clients and counterpart
  • Liaising with coach operators, airlines, hoteliers, resort reps and other agencies of local & foreign Countries.
  • Handling bookings, invoicing and issuing of full package.
  • Gather & apply worldwide destination knowledge during holiday package sales.
  • Answer all calls and provide satisfactory feedback to the customers.
  • Inform clients about required documentation for visa processing.
  • Help to prepare & submit the documents to the embassy for visa processing.
  • Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email regarding Airlines Ticketing and Hotel booking.
