We specialize in personalized travel services, including booking foreign hotels, air tickets, group tickets, and processing visit and tour visas. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team and assist us in providing outstanding travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all aspects of foreign hotel bookings, ensuring the best deals and customer satisfaction.
- Manage air ticket bookings, including individual and group travel arrangements.
- Coordinate group ticket bookings, providing seamless and efficient service.
- Process visit and tour visas, including application, documentation, and follow-up.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout their travel planning and booking process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, airline regulations, and visa requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, airlines, hotels, and visa authorities.
- Assist with any other travel-related services as required.
