Experience:

• At least 3 years

• Masters

• At least 3 years

• Age At least 25 years

Age 22–35 years.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in both Bangla & English.Strong knowledge of compliance standards, occupational safety, and sustainability practices.Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for training material development.Ability to engage workers from production level up to management in interactive sessions. 

• Conduct and Identify training needs analysis through assessments, surveys, and consultation with management.
• Conduct refresher training programs for existing employees based on Training Action Plan.
• Ensure workers and management are aware of workplace safety, compliance, and environmental standards.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance, and post training evaluation reports.
• Measure effectiveness of training programs and suggest continuous improvements.
• Develop, organize, and conduct training modules on the following topics: Factory CoC, Buyers CoC, 3rd party standard certification and others standard
• Ensure alignment with international audit standards: ETI Base Code, BRAC Safety, ILO/Better Work, WRAP, BSCI, SMETA, Higg FEM, Mold Prevention & Control, Environment Sustainability and Bangladesh Labor Law.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
