Job Context:
∎ Job Nature: Full-time.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review training course modules, materials, and content to ensure accuracy, relevancy, and alignment with learning objectives.
∎ Verify that the training content aligns with the predefined learning objectives and desired outcomes.
∎ Develop and maintain quality standards, guidelines, and templates for creating training content.
∎ Organize new batches as well as new courses.
∎ Collaboration with the Trainers and Co-operate with them.
∎ Coordinate review cycles, consolidate feedback, and facilitate revisions as needed.
∎ Verify that any technology platforms used for delivery function smoothly and provide a positive user experience.
∎ Apply new knowledge and insights to improve the overall quality of training modules.
∎ Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, trainers, and project managers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experienced from IT Training Academy.
∎ Track record in designing and executing successful training Programs.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills.
∎ Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
∎ Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
